YaPOP ("we", "us") operates drinkyapop.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have deliberately kept it short, because the site itself does very little.
Right now the site is a pre-launch page with a single waitlist form. If you choose to sign up, we collect:
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site. We do not use cookies to profile you.
To email you when YaPOP Focus launches, and occasionally to share news about the product beforehand. That is the entire purpose. We will not send you unrelated marketing, and we will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to anyone.
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf:
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist is no longer relevant — whichever comes first. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email [email protected] and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the record.
Your email address is stored with our hosting provider and transmitted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small so there is little to lose.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant and we have your email, we will tell you directly.
